We just finished our third week as parents, and it's been a whirlwind. Daddy went back to work this week which left Mommy home trying to figure out this new thing called motherhood. Overall things went well, but we did have our ups and downs. Kailey likes to sleep, which is nice for us, but she likes to sleep on her own schedule which sometimes doesn't mesh with ours. We're working on this!
Good news - we had Kailey's two week checkup last Monday, and she weighed in at 8 pounds, 1 ounce. The goal was to have her back to her birth weight in two weeks, so we passed that test with flying colors.
Kailey is such a blessing to us, and a true reminder of God's handiwork.

She looks so alert! Hang in there - you'll figure it out. But, watch out - once you have, she will change and you'll start all over again!!
I miss Kailey...she is changing so much! Craig and Lindsay, you should be so proud of your beautiful little girl! We can't wait to see her again!

Wow! She sure has changed...to think that our little Christopher will be there in just a few weeks! Life sure does change with these little ones! They are such little people so soon, it is amazing. We'll have to get them together sometime!
It amazes me how fast newborns change! She's adorable... still! :)
