Sunday we made a last minute trip to a nearby state park. Diane and Philippe went along. It was a gorgeous day and we had a great time.

Halfway on the trail there was a platform, so we stopped to rest. Actually, Kailey didn't need the rest so she put on a show for all of us on the platform. When Philippe would take pictures of her, she would pose and then want to see the picture!
We went up a couple of tall lookout towers
Then we found a teepee!!
We were tired and hungry after all that, so we stopped at a small town pizza joint. It was right near the railroad tracks. I don't think Kailey had ever seen a train that close before! She was a little nervous at first but mostly excited.
Her first time using her water bottle - it has a straw! This is the only way I can get her to drink straight water.
