First Half Marathon
Today Craig ran his first half marathon! He did an incredible job, and his official time was 1:40:42! This was better than even he anticipated.
The Omaha Marathon is made up of three groups - 10K runners, half marathon runners, and marathon runners. Diane and Philipe had quite a few participating in their group of 10Kers, and Craig was the lone half marathon runner. Everyone finished and seemed pleased with their times.
Kailey, Dad, and I saw Craig twice, but ended up racing him to the finish line (he won). So I just got two pics of the race.

Here, There, Everywhere
I'm still running about two weeks behind - not sure why I don't get these posted sooner.

Kailey and I headed to Red Oak and Stanton for some family visits
Then Grandma and Grandpa Paulsen came to Omaha for a fun visit

Marvelous Messes
Kailey had our first class at the Y today. We participated in one class this summer for 1-2 year olds, but this class we just started is for 2-5 year olds. I stayed in there today, but next week I'm going around the corner or to another room......she doesn't need me! Not sure how I feel about that :)
This first class wasn't as "messy" as future classes will be, but it was lots of fun. I was surprised Kailey stayed pretty engaged the whole time.

Family and More Family
Almost two weeks ago we attended a family reunion in Ida Grove. It was a great turnout and fun to see Craig's relatives. We only took staged shots - I guess we were too busy talking to take candids! Here is a picture of "our branch" of the Fulton tree.

Craig's sister Amy came to town for Labor Day weekend, so she, Diane, and Philipe came down our way. It was a fun evening!

This Blogger is Back!
I have been a bad blogger. You may not care at all, but I kind of like keeping a blog so I can remember what I did and when I did it. It has helped tremendously with Kailey's scrapbook, since I'm 1 1/2 years behind on that, too!

I'm Way Behind!
It's just too much to catch up on - that's what I get for waiting so long to post! Hopefully this will suffice - if you can't see the captions, put the cursor over the picture.
